Returns/ refunds / exchanges
Every effort is made to ensure your purchases reach you in perfect condition. Every item leaving our store is personally quality checked before despatch. When you have received your purchases, it’s very important you check all products upon receipt of delivery. In the unlikely event you receive damaged goods, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours by email, informing of your concerns and enclosing a clear photograph. This will allow us to swiftly rectify any issues for you. We are unable to replace or refund any items if we are not notified within the 48-hour timeframe.
We ask that you please do not return broken or faulty goods without first notifying us. Here at Peppermint Jones, we pride ourselves in offering quality, stylish items. Please remember a lot of items stocked in store are recycled or handmade in origin. It is completely natural for products featuring in these ranges to have some slight differences to their overall finish, due to the nature of their production.
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will offer a refund providing the item(s) are in their original, unused condition. Please note, currently we do not offer a free returns service.
Items must be returned in the original packaging. Items not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded. You are responsible for packaging the item you are returning appropriately, taking extra care with glass or breakable products. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
As the purchaser you will be responsible for any postage incurred for returning your items. Currently, we do not offer a refund policy for postage costs. When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will be processed once we receive your item back at store. All orders will be refunded in GBP, within 14 days of receipt of your return. Refunds may take up to 5 days to clear in your account. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
It is important to remember Peppermint Jones is a home accessories company, currently selling accessories and décor intended to be used solely in domestic environments and settings.
